一、Time of registration for advanced study

1、Doctors, medical technicians:First three business days of each month。Among them, the registration time of pediatric advanced study isThe first three working days of January, April, July and October(In case of holidays, it will be postponedUntil the first day of holiday）The rest of the time will not be accepted。

二、Please bring the following materials when you register for further study

1. Application Form for Further Study with the official seal of the selected organization (Please download the Application Form in the attachment at the end of the document)；

2, licensed physician (nursing) certificate, doctor (nursing) license original or copy;

3. Nucleic acid test "negative" report within 48 hours before arriving at the hospital (only the test results of local medical institutions in Kunming are accepted), and present the health code "green code" and itinerary card;

4. Training personnel who are not members of the Medical Group of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and are public hospitals shall pay the training fee at the standard of 100 yuan/person/month (medical personnel of private hospitals are not accepted);

5、Take care of your meals and accommodation during the study periodBring your own work clothes。

6、To study in the hospital should be reviewed by the clinical practice teaching management office to go through the relevant procedures, other clinical medical technology departments and individuals are not allowed擅自trainee；

四、Trainee management
