   With the continuous increase of people's health needs and the continuous improvement of the hospital's business level and service level, the number of outpatient visits and the total number of inpatients in our hospital have increased year by year. In order to meet the needs of patients and business needs, the nursing team of our hospital has continuously developed and expanded, and the educational level has also been significantly improved。There are 397 nursing staff, 1 doctor, 3 master, 61 people with college education or above.22%。Nursing management team: 1 deputy director of nursing, 1 director of nursing department, 2 head nurses, 34 head nurses

  Second, nursing team construction

 

(A) Strengthen the training of head nurses Head nurses are the front-line managers, and their management level directly affects the quality of nursing。Our hospital actively organizes head nurses to participate in academic activities such as "Modern Hospital Nursing Management and Nursing Department Director Training Class", "Sino-Thai Senior Seminar on Nursing Quality", "Head Nurse Management Class" and "Quality Nursing Connotation Construction Class",The assessment system for head nurses has been established,The head nurse will be comprehensively assessed once a quarter,It includes the common operation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing technology, the master of traditional Chinese medicine nursing routine, and the management of people, money, material, time and information work in the ward。At the same time, the nursing department continues to deepen the concept of nursing service, innovative management mode, through the "head nurse management and quality nursing service project" and other lectures, to study inside and outside the province, learn the essence, exchange experience, clear their own responsibilities, do a good job of "locomotive" guidance。

(2) Focusing on the training of nurses with low seniority New nurses must participate in the standardized training of clinical nurses in traditional Chinese medicine,According to the undergraduate, junior college, technical secondary education with 1 year, 3 years, 5 years,Systematic training of basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, technical operation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, knowledge of common clinical diseases and frequently-occurring traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing,In 2010, the "Training and Assessment Manual" was further improved.,Innovative implementation of the "group learning system",Form a team of nursing staff with similar specialty characteristics,Improve the connection between learning content and specialized clinical nursing,Improve everyone's learning enthusiasm。Adhere to mature one, graduate one, through the standardized training of Chinese medicine examination and qualified 171 people, obtained by the provincial health Department of Chinese medicine issued by the standardized training certificate of Chinese medicine, in our hospital in the clinical care of Chinese medicine has played a leading role。In addition, the department trained and assessed more than 2 operational items for nurses working for less than one year every month, and took a compulsory test of traditional Chinese and Western nursing technical operation every month at the management level of the nursing department, which improved the clinical practice skills of nurses with low seniority。

(c) Strengthen the training of nurses in TCM nursing knowledge  Hospital nursing staff in 2010,By participating in Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and hospital science and education jointly organized for 14 months, a total of 192 hours of "Western learning" training class,I have systematically studied five courses: Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Pharmacy, Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Formulology and Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine,The basic knowledge of Chinese medicine and clinical service ability of nursing staff in our hospital have been further improved。In the whole-hospital nursing business learning, 40% of the TCM nursing learning content is set up, through typical case discussion, nursing business rounds, nursing consultation and other forms, to strengthen the improvement of nurses' TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing ability。

More than 80% of the nursing staff received traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and skills training through various forms of our hospital system, which greatly improved the basic knowledge level of traditional Chinese medicine and the ability of syndrome differentiation。

(4) Pay attention to the training of nurses in the hospital  Hospital-wide traditional Chinese medicine nursing business study once a month, difficult cases of traditional Chinese medicine nursing rounds once a quarter, departments once a month specialized disease business study, through the organic combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing technology, the application of zang-fu theory, eight-line syndrome differentiation for syndrome differentiation, to carry out personalized nursing services with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics。Through the combination of in-hospital training and out-of-hospital training, a reasonable nurse echelon has been gradually established in our hospital. In the past five years, 957 nurses have gone out to study。At the same time, strengthen the training of nurses in the emergency department, ICU, oncology, and special sections of the operating room. At present, there are 21 nurses in our hospital who have passed the provincial or higher specialized nurse training certification for more than 2 months。

 (5) Strengthen the scientific research and teaching ability of nursing staff

    The Nursing Department further strengthened the scientific research consciousness of the nursing staff in the whole hospital, so that the nursing staff of the whole hospital can update their ideas and establish disciplinary consciousness。By participating in various scientific research lectures held by the hospital and reading core journals, nursing staff can cultivate the habit of learning in practice, researching in study and guiding practice with scientific research。In the past five years, the nursing staff of our hospital participated in the editing of 9 books, 3 departmental nursing research projects, 21 hospital-level nursing research projects, 93 nursing papers were published, and 170 nursing papers were exchanged。1 person won the title of "Advanced Worker of Nursing Research in the first National TCM Medical Institution" and was commended。The hospital nursing scientific research group was established to promote the nursing scientific research work of the whole school by organizing learning and carrying out scientific research activities, and to continue to supervise and guide the scientific research activities of 39 nurses with bachelor's degree divided into 8 scientific research groups, and the task assessment of papers and projects was carried out at the end of the year。
