I. Introduction to the hospital

Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the only provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Yunnan Province. Its predecessor was the branch of the Hospital attached to the Medical College of Yunnan University, which was established in 1947. In 1950, it was changed into the General out-patient Department of Yunnan Provincial People's Government Health Department。The hospital was rated as a Grade III A TCM hospital in 1994, a famous TCM hospital in Yunnan Province in 2007, a construction unit of a TCM clinical research base in Yunnan Province in 2009, and a Grade III A TCM hospital again in 2012 after review by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine。The hospital has two districts of Guanghua and Dianchi，It is the national drug clinical trial institution, the National Chinese Medicine Modern Science and Technology Industry (Yunnan) base, the GCP Center for New Chinese Medicine and the National Chinese Medicine International Cooperation Base, the Chinese medicine hospital information demonstration unit, the Chinese medicine culture construction demonstration unit, the Chinese medicine standard research and promotion base construction unit, the grassroots common and frequently-occurrence Chinese medicine appropriate technology promotion capacity building unit, and the national cityCommunity TCM knowledge and skills training demonstration base。In 2017, it was approved as a provincial postdoctoral research station, and in 2020, it was approved as a national postdoctoral research station。

The hospital has maintained A steady development trend in the fields of medical technology, scientific research, specialty disciplines and social service capabilities. Since the state launched the performance assessment of third-level public TCM hospitals in 2018, the assessment rating has been "A+" for four consecutive years, ranking the top 17 in the country for four consecutive years, ranking first in the province。

Ii. Introduction of training bases and professional bases

In 2014, Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine became the first national-level standardized training base for in-patient (general practice) doctors of Traditional Chinese medicine announced by the China Administration, with two specialties of Traditional Chinese medicine and general medicine, and was approved as the key professional base for standardized training of national in-patient (general practice) doctors of Traditional Chinese medicine (general practice) in 2020.。The standardized training of resident doctors involves a series of work such as trainee personnel, salary and performance, so our hospital has formulated a complete set of rules and regulations and training management methods。Our base has so far completed the training of more than 2,000 students, the training of students, employment for the main general hospitals at all levels inside and outside the province, hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine at all levels inside and outside the province, medical colleges and universities, grass-roots medical and health services。

The base has more than 330 senior titles, more than 440 doctors and masters, and 170 talents at national and provincial levels。There are 2 members of the Expert Review Committee of the National Ancient Classic famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound preparations, 1 member of the Expert Committee of the National Health Commission on Children's Drug use, and 3 members of the expert committee of the Chinese Traditional Medicine Clinical Case Completion Bank。There are 1 doctoral degree, 8 master degree。At present, the two hospitals have 1355 beds, 1253 open beds, 79 departments and 9 teaching and research departments。

Over the years，The base establishes second-level workstations, expert workstations, matching assistance, and department co-construction of famous doctors' studios，To carry out active exchanges and guidance in hospital management, clinical, teaching and scientific research for TCM hospitals in various provinces，To help grassroots medical workers improve their professional quality and technical ability，近3年，The base has built a total of 25 expert workstations of various kinds in various provinces and states。In terms of international cooperation, relevant institutions in more than 20 countries and regions have cooperated in multiple ways, covering TCM culture communication, TCM academic exchanges, TCM health tourism, and TCM clinical practice teaching, etc., which has received good social response。

Iii. Enrollment plan

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Office of the Yunnan Provincial Health Commission on carrying out the standardized Training of Resident Doctors and the training and Recruitment of Assistant General Practitioners in Yunnan Province in 2023, it is now planned to enroll students of the standardized training of resident doctors (general practitioners) of Chinese medicine in 2023。

4. Recruitment arrangements

(1) Targets of recruitment

Graduates of full-time medical colleges and universities with bachelor's degree or above, or those who have obtained the Doctor Qualification Certificate and need to receive training, who meet the requirements for applying for the TCM Doctor Qualification examination。

1. Ordinary student

① Social recruitment students: refers to medical graduates who have not signed personnel or labor contracts with any unit。During the training period, the Institute and the self-training trainees will sign the corresponding standardized training agreement according to the training years, and the trainees will choose jobs or start businesses independently after the training。

② Assigned trainees by the unit: refers to the staff selected by the entrusting unit who meet the training conditions (including establishment staff and contract staff), the entrusting unit provides the "certificate of consent to send training" (Annex 1), and returns to the commissioned unit to work after completion。During the training, our base signed a tripartite training agreement with the entrusted unit and the trainees, and the agreement was terminated after the training was completed。

(2) Recruitment conditions

Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), enjoy the political rights of citizens, abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, have good moral conduct, and have the health conditions to complete the training。Specifically:

1, fresh and previous graduates (including free medical graduates) : must obtain a graduation certificate and degree certificate at the same time。Those who do not obtain graduation certificate and degree certificate at the time of registration will be disqualified from admission。Students who have graduated for 2 years or more must have a medical practitioner qualification certificate or have passed the medical practitioner qualification examination。

2. Those who have obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree must obtain a medical practitioner qualification certificate or have passed the medical practitioner qualification examination at the time of registration。

3. Students who have received provincial and above awards will be given priority under the same conditions, and the original and copy will be provided when confirmed on site。

4, Recruit students must have the physical conditions to perform the normal duties of the training post。The physical conditions of graduates enrolled by society, assigned by units, and directed by orders shall refer to the entry physical examination standards of civil servants。

5. The recruitment of our base focuses on fresh undergraduate graduates, and inclines the training objects assigned by grassroots medical and health institutions from the county level and below in Yunnan Province。

(3) Training period

The training period is usually 3 years。Those who have obtained a professional master's degree or a professional doctor's degree can apply for the reduction of training years，After passing the clinical competency assessment，Receive training at the training base on the principle of "make up for what is lacking"，The duration of master's training is not less than 2 years, and the duration of doctoral training is not less than 1 year;In other cases, the training period shall not be reduced or reduced。If the period of remission is met, the remission shall be carried out on a unit of 1 year。The final training period shall be subject to the announcement of the base。

(4) Registration

(5) Recruitment assessment

In accordance with the principle of "open and fair, selective admission, two-way selection", the training students are selected。

1. Ordinary students: The recruitment assessment consists of professional knowledge written test and comprehensive quality interview。

(1) Assessment time:July 6-8, 2023。

(2) Assessment method: After the written test of professional knowledge, according to the written test score from high to low order, the top 50 candidates (according to the number of ordinary enrollment plan twice) enter the interview;If less than 50 people take the written test, all will enter the interview。

After the interview, according to the comprehensive score (professional written test accounted for 60%, comprehensive quality interview accounted for 40%) from high to low ranking, to determine the candidates to be admitted。If the comprehensive performance is the same, our base will give priority to recruitment under the same conditions in accordance with the relevant requirements of "(2) Recruitment conditions" in "IV. Recruitment Arrangement" of this recruitment Memorandum。The students to be admitted shall undergo physical examination within the prescribed time, and the admission list will be announced by our base after passing the physical examination。

2. Students applying for the reduction of training years: Students who meet the conditions for the reduction of training years to be admitted will be required to apply for the reduction of personal knowledge, based on the written test of professional knowledge and the comprehensive quality interview, and the assessment of clinical thinking ability and clinical skills of traditional Chinese medicine after normal training in our base。The score of the two additional test subjects is ≥80 points to achieve the reduction condition。Exam waiver time will be announced further。

3. Free medical graduates will be admitted directly after they meet the registration conditions, pass the examination and pass the physical examination。

(6) Admission operation and filing

1, from August 1 to 10, the provincial Graduate Education Office in the recruitment plan of the remaining places in the application for training personnel who have not been admitted to the transfer of recruitment, priority to meet the needs of the general specialty shortage and county-level and below the medical and health institutions, to ensure the completion of the recruitment plan issued。

2. Before 18:00 on August 10, the training base will complete the online admission operation for new recruits。

3. Before August 15, the training base will submit the recruitment information form (stamped with the official seal of the training base and scanned as a PDF file) to the provincial Health Personnel Exchange Center。

4. Before August 31, the training of Al Qaeda completed the registration and admission education of new recruits (including professional master's students), and officially entered the rotation on September 1。

5. Training management and quality assurance measures

(1) Teaching resources are fully guaranteed and teaching management is strictly standardized。TCM and TCM general specialty bases have sufficient teaching resources and complete facilities. According to national standards and the training concept of "hierarchical and progressive", the bases standardize the student rotation plan and strictly implement the rotation system。Cooperate with a number of health service centers to meet the needs of grassroots practice rotation of TCM practitioners。Clinical experts and administrative directors jointly carry out teaching supervision activities to strictly control the quality of teaching。

(2) Strong foundation of teachers, and spare no effort to improve teachers。Strict selection of all kinds of teachers, there are 72 national and provincial famous doctors, national and provincial levels of all kinds of talents 151 people。There are 2 post-doctoral supervisors, 14 doctoral supervisors, 136 master supervisors, 150 supervisors and 379 teachers。Through conducting teaching observation class, small lecture competition, teaching ward round competition, traditional Chinese medicine knowledge competition and prescription knowledge competition and other rich and colorful teaching and research activities。

(4) All trainees must strictly abide by the rules and regulations of our hospital during the training period, and participate in various mandatory tasks and party and group activities organized by the hospital. Violators shall be dealt with according to the hospital regulations. Those who do not rotate according to the rotation plan shall have the right to suspend their training。

Vi. Remuneration during training

The training time of 2023 trainees will start from September 1, 2023, and the trainees will enter the training base before September 1。In accordance with the relevant requirements of the National Health and Health Commission, Yunnan Provincial Health and Health Commission, Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, training implementation, training assessment, security measures and other organization and management, our base to recruit students and units assigned students to issue national and provincial subsidy funds。Students who pass the completion assessment will be awarded the Certificate of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors.。

(1) The Institute does not provide accommodation for trainees。

(2) Social recruitment of students: during the prescribed training period，The labor dispatch unit entrusted by our base to purchase social insurance (five insurances and one fund) and give 400 yuan/month accommodation subsidy;After the second year of the first phase，The training base shall give the hospital a subsidy of 300 yuan/month;Enter the second phase of specialist training，The training department shall approve and issue certain performance rewards according to their workload。

(3) The unit assigned students: the appointing unit is responsible for the treatment security, salary and five insurances and one fund during the training period。

Vii. Other requirements
